Hi,I just found out I have lymphadema as a result of a 6mo.mascetomy. My plastic surgeon recommended message therapy, but must specialize in lymphadema. Massage therapist does manual stimulation to specific body part to help reroute fluids which will eliminate excess fluids. A special glove was prescribe to help compress the swelled area. Contact nearby physical therapist or physician for recommendation for treatment. If caught early can easily be controlled. Good Luck
