Hi Mary,
It's hard to give you an absolute answer about Reflexology certification, since it varies from state to state. Some states have certification programs or requirements, others do not have any requirements. I'm not sure about Montana.
You probably can be certified in Reflexology only, unless your state bunches together, massage, and other body work with Reflexology. You may want to contact the consumer affairs department to find out about any licensing requirements.
