i am suffering from anxiety. due to that my blood pressure was high during my first pregnancy.i get nervous in the times of people observing me.if i know the doctor well,it helps but if she is a stanger,i cannot avoid thinking negatively and my heart beat will start to increase leading to cause a high BP.i am planning to get pregnant again.but am nervous about it.what shall i do.please help me
