Brian as of a year ago I have been trying to control my lymphadema. There isn't too much I can do according to my doctors . They tell me it is something I have to live with. My right leg is twice the size of my other one and at times it gets very sore. I am to keep my legs up above my heart four times a day and wear surgical hose. There are times it makes it almost impossible to walk . I have to be careful of infections too.
