Recently I came to the conclusion that since I get congested sinuses every year for the past three years as soon as the windows shut and the heat turns on, I must have an allergy situation. I do got an air purifier and a humidifier. But I also would like information on natural antihistamines that really work. I take lots of supplements, but perhaps there is an herb I have overlooked. Could you suggest one or two?
