With growing communication 'separations', you lose your ability to absorb information from other generations.

For example - Have you ever said to someone -- "Act your age" or "You are too young (or old) to understand this"

"Kids" say this to their parents and parents to their kids. And "younger" and "older" people say this to each other. What's the point ? Age has nothing to do with intelligence or the amount of wisdom you have. Age is a meaningless number. And what does it mean to act your "age"? If you believe this, you are buying into a program that will pre-determine the rest of your life.
