1. Vegetarian diet of mainly raw, organic foods
2. Daily yoga and meditation
3. Regular exercise
The key is to implement these things SLOWLY. Start with 1 minute of change a day for one week and gradually increase to a level that works for you. And one more thing: You can never give enough of your love and support to your sister. At times it may be hard but it is absolutely essential to her recovery.
